What are Anxiety Disorders?

OCD – Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
When people suffer from OCD they will usually have very obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours. The obsessions people experience can be overwhelming urges and/or doubts that they can’t get out of your mind. The compulsive behaviours can be anything that someone feels they have to do, and cannot rest until it is done. For example, it may be that you feel you really need to make your bed, and just can’t get the thought of it out of your mind until it is done.
