Writing For Us

We would like people to write from experience and knowledge. Articles need to be well written, grammatically correct and entertaining or informative (both if possible) for our readers. Here is a list of our guidelines

  • Articles need to be 1000-2500 words
  • Correct spelling and grammar
  • Quotes from other sources need to be referenced at the end of the article.
  • Don’t include backlinks yourself (more on this later)
  • We would like you to come up with the topic, as long as it relates to the topics listed above.
  • Clean Language
  • Focused on keywords for SEO purposes

You don’t have to be a health and fitness expert to write for us. All we ask is that the information you include in your article is well researched and not misleading.
